Privacy Policy — My Notes

Last updated: 10 September 2026

My Notes is an Android app published by GApps Think Solutions. This policy describes what the app stores on your device and what third parties may process.

What the app stores on your device

Notes. Notes you type on the home screen stay on the device. They are not uploaded to our servers.

Private vault. Photos, videos, documents, passwords, and links you add to the vault are encrypted on the device with a key derived from the password you create. We cannot read vault contents. There is no GApps Think Solutions account and no vault backup on our servers.

Alarms. Alarm times, labels, repeat days, and the sound you pick are stored on the device so alarms can fire after reboot.

Purchase cache. If you buy Remove ads, the app caches that you own it. Google Play is the source of truth and can restore the purchase on a new device signed into the same Google account.

We do not operate a backend that receives your notes or vault files.

Permissions

The app may ask for:

Advertising

If you have not purchased Remove ads, Google AdMob may show a banner on the notes home and settings screens. AdMob may collect device identifiers and approximate advertising data under Google’s privacy policy. Banners are not shown on vault, password, gallery, or video screens.

Payments

Remove ads is a one-time Google Play in-app product. Google processes the payment. We do not receive your card, UPI, or Play balance details. Google’s purchase record is used to restore the unlock.

Data sharing

We do not sell personal data. Device identifiers used for ads are processed by Google. Purchase records are processed by Google Play.

Children

The app is not directed at children under 13.
